Cone crusher

Hydraulic cone crusher is composed by the drive shaft, eccentric, ball bearings, hydraulic safety device, adjustment ring, pulleys, racks and other components.

Based on the difference of the hydraulic system, hydraulic cone crusher can be divided into multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher (HP series) and single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher (HCS series).
When the hydraulic cone crusher works, the eccentric axis do the cyclical movements driven by the motor. After the materials come into the crushing chamber, they will be crushed due to the mutual impact between the eccentric shaft and the rolling acetabular.
